I placed an Avon order with avon representative Tonya Woods, her service sucked!!! I placed my order 3 weeks in advance. I needed a dress for a wedding and I made that perfectly clear I needed it by a certain date, she assured me I would have it before that date, I called her a week before the wedding to see if my order came in, she claimed she put the order in the week before and it would be here by that Tuesday. I called her on Tues she said she would come to my house that evening, she never showed up and would'nt answer her phone she called me on Thurs, she came by with the dress but not my whole order she sold me a USED dress because she told me earlier when I placed my order that she had the same dress but never wore it did I want to buy that one, I told her NO I would like my own dress (untrue), come to find out that was the same dress I later examined it and it had a few spots on it with a slight odor. It was a dress that you could wear 7 different ways, so i asked her does'nt this dress come with instructions and she said oh I threw them away I thought that was dumb but I really loved the dress and I did'nt have time to purchase something else, so I payed her and she did'nt have change, she said she would go get change and she never returned with my change and never called and I never got the rest of my order. So I suggest NEVER buy anything from this Liar TONYA WOODS if you see her run.I would never buy anything from Avon again...
