I ordered the IVP Smooth Away Product on November 22, 2008. I received three email confirmations for this same
product from Interactive Permission. When I called them they said I had to call IVP Smooth Away directly and she gave
me their number. 1-866-655-4341. I spent hours trying to get through to someone at that number. The answering
machine would say it was a busy day and please call back later in the week. Then the call disconnected. I bet I tried
to reach this company 50 time before I finally reached someone. When I did reach a customer service representative
and explained that I had received three confirmations for the IVP Smooth Away Product but had only placed one order.
I told him I wanted to cancel my order. He said he'd have to transfer me to his supervisor to cancel the order. As I waited
to be transferred the call disconnected. On December 7th, I received two additional email confirmations that I purchased
two additional IVP Smooth Away Products. With shipping and handling my credit card was charged $237.74. I only rec'd
two email confirmations neither of which told me how much I had to pay for the product. In addition to this there was a
special "Thank You" for your order...Claim your $10 cash back rebate now. Click here to claim your reward which is what
I did. It was a sales gimmick so I immediately exited this website. In January I had a $14.95 charge on my credit card
from a company call SBSavings To Go. I called my credit card company because I never heard of this company and did
not know what the charge was for. I then called the Company and was told I ordered this product when I clicked on the $10
cash back rebate. I never gave this company any credit card or personal information. I told the person I spoke to that
I was tricked and was going to report his company. He said he would refund the $14.95. Bottom line I was told on December 18 that I could not cancel the orders because they were in process. And I could just return them when I received them. I rec'd five shipments which I mailed back as they instructed me to do. Write "RETURN TO SENDER" on the package, and do not open the package. I took all 5 packages to the post office myself. I had the Postman check the packages to make they they would be returned. He said they would.
They claim now that they have only rec'd two packages and the other three had not been received so I am still waiting for
those packages to be delivered and waiting for the credit to appear on my credit card. I am writing to our State Attorney
General for help.
