On September 17, 2010 I came upon this site while searching. I desided to register to look at items advertised. I filled out the online form and they asked for a credit card. Since nowhere did I see anything about buying a membership, I assumed this information was to purchase items. When the receipt came up I realized the mistake and immediately logged onto their support live chat. I was told to write a letter and request a refund. I did so and mailed it that day. They also said it would take 60 days to process the refund. Two weeks later, I went back to the sight and had another conversation with still a different online chat host and this entity told me indeed I qualified for a refund and that he had just processed it and it would take from 6 to 10 days for it to go through my bank. Still no refund two weeks later, I emailed them. I received an email saying it was past 45 days and I wasn't eligible for a refund. So as far as I am concerned this is a scam or a very poorly run business.

This site has been charging my acct without my authorization. I tried to cancel my subscription and could not get an answer. The web site will not respond to e-mail or on site chat.

WHEN I WENT ONTO THE SITE I DECIDED TO FILL IN A FORM AND THE NEXT THING I NEW I WAS CHARGED $159.00. I WAS FORTUNATE ENOUGH TO PRINT EACH AND EVERY SCREEN I COMPLETED AND WHEN THEY TOLD ME THAT THERE IS A WARNING THAT I WOULD BE CHARGED IMMEDIATELY FOR THE MEMBERSHIP, I POINTED OUT IT WAS NOT TRUE. I EVEN PRINTED AND RECORDED THE CONVERSATION AND THEY AGREED TO REFUND MY MONEY. I COMPLETED THE PROPER FORM THEY EMAILED TO ME, SENT IT TO THEIR CORP. HEADQUATERS AND WAITED. AFTER TWO MONTHS I CALLED AND ALL THEY WOULD DO IS TELL ME IT WAS REFUNDED TO MY FINANCIAL INSTITUTION. I CALLED MY CREDIT CARD COMPANY, CHASE, AND THEY TOLD ME THAT NO CREDIT HAD BEEN RECEIVED. I CALLED THE SCAM ARTIST BACK AND THEY REFUSED TO SAY WHO THEY SENT IT TO, OR WHAT DATE IT WAS REFUNDED. THEY THEN HUNG UP ON ME. I CALLED BAK A THIRD TIME AND GOT THE SAME ANSER FROM A THIRD PERSON.

THIS OUTFIT IS A RIP OFF TO ALL THAT USE THEM. THEIR ADVERTISING IS TOTALLY MISLEADING AND CORRUPT. THANK GOD CHASE BANK IS AWARE OF THEM AND AGREED TO REFUND THE $159 TO MY ACCOUNT AND THEY ARE TAKING OVER THE COMPALINT FOR ME. IN FACT THEY ARE VERYYYYY AWARE OF SWIPE AUCTIONS AND HAVE MANY CUSTOMERS WITH THE SAME COMPLAINT WHERE THEY HAVE TAKEN OVER THE CHARGE.

DO NOT BELIEVE THEM OR THEIR ADVERTISING. I USUALLY AM VERY CAUTIUOS. BUT I GUESS I GOT SCAMMED ALSO.
