Fraud and cheating!

I have received a mail from the above organization that i have win the prize of 500,000.00 pounds . However, the Frontier Farwarding Services Limited has inform me that there is a parcel with them for me having one certificate and one demand draft in it. But there is no surety that the draft is valid and true. If the draft is fake than what i can do in that position as i have to pay a sum of Rs. 30,000/- indian currency for receiving the said draft.
