I have had the same problems as everybody else. I called to order 1 awesome auger I got chargerd for two becouse the machine goes on an on and doesn't let you order just one. The shipping is dubble the amount of your order. My order was 35 dollars and shipping was 66 dollars. The drill is electric and is advertised as a battery drill and the drill didn't work. As I put the auger in the drill it started to smoke. It would cost me more money to send it back. I was told the battery drill was optional and would cost me 43 dollars more. I got the same old excess the first day. "It's not in the computer", second day "can't cancel becouse it's already processed. This is the biggest fraud I ever saw any company do. They should be fined and closed down. This Awesome Auger should never been sold with any drill at all.

Please cancel this order. I have already directed my credit card to not
process this order and it has a fraud alert on it.

Below is the information you sent to me in email. I never agreed to all of these charges and you are dishonest in your practices.

If I receive any packages from you they will be returned. If you share my credit card with any other company you will be turned into the fraud department of my credit card.

I responded to a TV ad for the Awesome Auger, wherein u r led to believe for $19.99, + shipping & handling is the bottom line price for this device & 4 other things, which includes a cordless drill. An automated answering device leads u through an ENDLESS Q (The consumer does NOT know this though) In the very beginning they get your credit card info by having you assume it pays for the entire package they advertise. However, then outrageous shipping and handling charges follow $39.99 for the drill alone & so on. After, 15 mins of ads, and repeatedly telling u that u should buy more of the original, it finally gives u a phone number 8665047702 for customer service. However, it repeatedly tells u to call back, they r 2 busy.

Can't get hold of anyone to check status of order.
Also, no summary given of charges to be made to my credit card.

The website lists two offers at the time of purchase for only additional S&H. They are a bonus drill and a weed auger with 18" extender but there is no way of finding out what these additional S&H fees are until you have entered your credit information. This could mean large S&H fees which exceed the value of the products provided.
