I Gaurav SAxena(93722248/97267435) purchased from awf communications, FURAMA shopping centre.

Problems are
1.i am not able to top up 93722248 with super hot 128 card
2.this 9372248 is registered under awf communication name and singtel person is not reducing over top up
limit balance because of verification of identity not furnished.
3.How awf communication can register the card in their name and don't tell the customer about such
problems.
4.I want to register 93722248 under my name, how can i get this done.

Please advise me, i am really in trouble becuase of such improper service
