Illegally charged my bank account

Company charged my bank account for the amount of $19.95. I have never signed up for any save discount clubs. This is the second time this has happened and I have no idea how they even got my banking information. I NEVER authorized a charge from them.

No one can get through to the customer service # either. Its always "leave a message in the general mailbox". I will be taking some kind of legal action against this fake company.

fraud

I ordered something online and while making the transaction this companys "AWI" Pop-up got past my security program, some how... prehaps hacking?? I declined then closed it.
Then a few days later I get this letter informing me I had just joined there club.
The letter said I would be charged $19.95 and it would be withdrawn from my checking account.
I called the company and closed the account.

I did NOT request to join this club!
I have not given them permission to punk my account for $19.95
I will file theft charges if they withdraw so much as a penny from my account.
