I placed my order two weeks ago and Axent Micro promptly processed my payment. My order, however, has not shipped, and the order status has remained at 'Qued to ship' for several days. No one from the company answers the phone (EVER) or responds to voicemails, or emails directed to the address they provide on their website. I would highly recommend spending an extra dollar and shopping with a different business that is responsive to its customers.
