I have taken an account in Axis bank jubilee hills branch. at the time of filling the application i was not informed that i have to place a new request for "Funds transfer" facility.
Urgently i had to transfer amount to my relative and to my surprise when i checked the site to tranfer the funds i saw that facility is not there.
I enquired about it and found that i have to raise the request for it by filling the form. I went to a branch and filled the form then again i got a new rule that i have to submit in the branch where i placed the request. How disgusting.
I went to the same branch and submitted the form. After few days and some R&D i was told by my friend that i should register my mobile in some ATM for Netsecure.
I heardly got time to do that. And did it also.
Then it took 1+ day to get my mobile registered.
And finally one more surprise or task for me is to submit another form for transaction password request.THis i came to know when i called them..
Just to get funds transfer facility i have to do so many formalities. is it for security or for creating pain to the customer.
Axis bank managers please change your long process and your process should not be pain for the customer, Or else it should be guided properly.
We can't spend so much time moving around your office like that. We have many other works also.
