Home loan
I have purchased an old flat, the existing owner is having a home loan with Axis bank.
So, I have applied for loan transfer in same bank, as the process will be faster, but now 2 months have passed and till now i have not got the home loan.

non credit of Cheque
Myself Riya Naithani, A/c No. 160010100463072, Axis Bank, Branch Saket, New Delhi. dropped a Chq in drop box Chq no 265213 dated 10/11/09 of Axis bank, Lajpat Nagar Branch for Rs 8040 in Axis bank ATM at Nehru Place, New Delhi on 10/11/09 but till date (15/11/09) it has not been credited in my account. Pls Help me and do the needful.

relationship manager APOORVA GIRI's ignoring attitudes to a senior citizen customer.
respected sir,
i applied for a senior citizen s.b. account (online) for the ashok marg, iucknow branch of the axis bank inthe last weak of july, 2009.
I was informed by thecustomer care section of the axis bank that
mrs.APOORVA GIRI, rel'ship manager will see me at my residence
but the official got no pain. I managed to contact the bank branch to
open the account. However, the account was opened.After receiving
the welcome kit as well as a welcome call from it's H.O., I was advised
for the I.D. card and a clear assurance that APOORVA GIRI will contact
me in the matter but again she took no pain.And one more time, she
repeated the same practice of ignoring the senior citizen (me).However,
it is submitted that the said official was hundred percent unknown to
me before opening the said account.
I was seriously thinking to open another senior citizen s.b.and a
demat account in my wife's name but I have droped the idea now with the axis bank and looking for some other bank.I am seriously thinking
also to close my existing relations with the AXIS BANK.WILL THE AXIS BANK LIKE IT?
WILL the administration of the AXIS BANK look into the matter
and take the appropriate action against the said APOORVA GIRI ?WILL
the bank administration like to inform me RESULT of my submission?

Amount Deducted
I am Manish Kumar Trivedi, in the month of June 2008 one of my credit card (***9669) payments got delayed and I received a communication to pay the late payment fee of Rs. 250.00. I then contacted Axis bank and informed them the reason for the delay was with my other bank and they agreed to drop this late payment fee and as a confirmation I received a SMS stating that the late fee has been reversed.

Suddenly a year later Rs. 3033.00 from my Axis bank Meal card (****0305) went missing and when I contacted the phone banking agent I was informed that I owed this amount towards the late payment done in the year 2008.

I was surprised to know that even after assuring me that they have reversed the late payment charges they increased it to 3033 and deducted the same from my Meal card that I use to buy provisions, leaving me with nothing but misery.

I still have the SMS from Axis bank saved with me where in they had promised the fee waiver now I do not know who to approach as their phone banking agent are not helping me they listen to my request and just transfer me to another department. Please some one help me in getting this issue resolved.

without any information two times deduction
Dear Respective,

This is to inform you that I am a existing customer of Axis banks in New Delhi and I have a salary account 395010100233668, without any information two times deducted the minimum balance charges from my salary account and before deduction. I have not receive any intimation or notice from bank side before deduction & when I deposited Rs. 25000/-, bank will deduct (827.79/-) behalf of minimum balance charges. This is not acceptable & that is very wrong tendency of banking because write now I am feeling very bad. I have talk to MIDC, Mumbai branch Manager and she was also not given any positive solution & her behavior also very ruddily.
My humble request to you kindly do the needful and reveres the charges, which is deducting by bank. I hope you will understand my query and give the positive solution.

customer care officer cheated me
I started a SB Account in your bank six months before (SB 051010100198615).One of your customer care executive, Mr. Sreekanth Bose of Kottayam Branch, Kerala, constantly approached me for starting a new bank account. but as I am having SB account in SBT, ICICI and IDBI bank, I rejected him. But He kept on coming to me and bugged me to start an account. He told me that the minimum balance for maintaining Quarterly annual balance is only 1000 Rs. He also convinced me that there are some offers for the Govt Doctors that we need to maintain only 1000 rs in the SB account for QAB and there’s no bank processing fee and Debit card will be issued free of cost.
I believed him and deposited 1000 Rs for starting a new account. As I am having bank account in three other banks, I didn’t use your bank account and I thought my money will be safe as it in one of the leading banks in India. One week back I thought of depositing some money as fixed deposit in your bank, and I went to your bank. But shockingly I discovered that there’s only 165 rs left in my account. I enquired about it and was informed that 750 Rs were deducted for non maintaining the QAB and some 175 rs for starting an account.
Actually that Customer Executive was cheating me by giving false information. I trusted him as he represented one of the best banks. I was sure that your bank has some policies for selecting Customer executives as they reflect the quality of your bank.
I gave a written complaint about this incident to the Kottayam Bank Manager. But he said he can’t take any steps as the concerned customer officer who cheated me resigned the bank three months back. I wonder how a reputed bank like yours’ could appoints some fraud persons as customer officer and some way or other try to get money from the public and let him resigns whenever he wishes. I think this kind of matters definitely affects the reputation of your bank. One thing I am sure is that as a Doctor of Medical college I won’t recommend your Bank to any of my Colleagues or relatives.
Kindly take necessary steps to get my money back. I don’t think 1000 Rs is a big money. But I feel that I should get that 1000 Rs back because your bank through your Customer care executive cheated me to get it.

AXIS Bank - Home Loan EMI not getting deducted correctly
I have AXIS bank home loan. They are not deducting my EMI as I had paid 1, 00, 00o additional amount to be adjusted towards my principal. However AXIS bank is saying the problem is because the additional amount is not adjusted so it appears that I have more funds and hence EMI is not getting deducted as per the schedule.

I am calling them for the past 1.5 months and each time I hear it gets adjusted that day and the EMI will be deducted. However It does not happen. So I am trying to undestand:

- what is the excess interest I have been paying for AXIS bank not adjusting my principal and not deducting EMI on time.

If I ever get answer, I will update. Wish me luck.
