I have been using Axis Bank Corporate Credit Card since Feb 2009.
Their has been 2 fraud transactions on my card in same month, which I have reported. They the second one was done online in a secure way and it cant be reverted. They were the ones who called me to confirm if that was done by me, and now, they say it was secure.
I have send many reminders by email and would have called many times to their hot line to avail. Their personnel is not helpful at all and their service is very very poor. Many times the call gets disconnected, some times while it is on hold.
I have tried to explain to them how Visa is not that secure and user id & password can be generated very easily, if only the card number is their. This can be obtained from a transaction copy easily. Other simple information is not difficult for some one who wishes to do the trasansaction.
I have written to the merchant but sece.cc doesn't help either.
