Unauthorized Charges
My credit card was charged $9.99. I have no idea what these charges are for, as I've not ordered anything from this company. This teeth whitening thing is a fraud/scam and these charges are fraudulent and unauthorized. Please reimburse my credit card in the amount of $9.99, and if my name/address is on your list, remove it.

Unauthorized charges
I am contacting your business to ask that you stop charging my bank account. I call Dazzle White and canceled my account with them July 26, 2009 and was unaware that your company would continue to charge my account after reviewing my bank account there have been 3 charges of $9.99 on Aug 4, Sept 8, and Oct 7, 2009. I did not authorize these charges. When I cancel the account with Dazzle White I thought all and everything associated with them was cancel, I spoke with Dazzle White Customer Support Ms Shanon which gave me your support email. So would you refund my account $29.97 and stop charging it monthly with unauthorized charges of $9.99

Charged account with out approval
To whom it may concern,
This company made charges on my credit card without my approval. They say it was in the small print on the ad for teeth whitening that I signed up for just a free trial. You know as well as I do when you are looking for a free trial you don't expect others to be tied with it. I am asking for a refund. They charged my account 2 times. Once on 7/13 and 8/10.

This was cancelled, yet I'm still being billed. I've filed two disputes on my credit card. you owe me two payments of $9.99, one for July and the next for August.

unathorized charge
I signed up for a free trial and was billed for axis wellness, and dazzlewhite max. Axis wellnes was charged twice on 06/12/09 9.99 each time. I was charged three times at 58.76 for the dazzle white max.

i recieved a future bill for $9.99. that i was unaware of.. i feel like this was a scam.. was under the impression that i was only paying for shipping on the sample.. i am asking for a refund

unauthorized billing
I ordered samples of "denta white" and "pure cleanse". I have cancelled my orders but the companies will not allow me to return any product, even if unopened. Denta White automatically entered me into some other gimmick that is billing my credit card every month... I can't quite figure it out. I have several charges on my credit card and they are all from different companies, but selling the same thing??? It has amounted to almost $300.00 now and I am not sure how to stop them. They send the trial first and you think all is well, then they send the first months order about 3 more weeks after the trial. They don't tell you that you cannot return anything if it is 40 days past your original start date. They just make sure that they send the items more than 40 days after your original start date so you can't do anything about it. This is such a scam!!!

Un approved charges
I ordered a trial of Dazzle smile now I can't get them to stop charging my credit card. I called them and told them to stop and I just got another charge this month. I'm going to the bank to try to put a stop to it.
