Charged for something I did not order
I have had $ 9.99 deducted from my debit card and I did not order anything from Ivory Brites. I call the company Axis wellness portal and am told that when I ordered the colon cleanse (which is another rip off) that there was a box that I left checked meaning that I wanted a membership to the website. Im sure the box was very small and in a obscure spot on the page. This is such a scam. I notified the FCC and now they are sending me to the Federal Trade Commission. I will not stop until these scam companies are stopped. Im on disability and cannot afford even their $9.99 for scams. I am really upset about all this. Of course I cannot find an email address for either company, Ivory Brites or Axis Wellness so they are safe from all this for now.

charged for something I did not order
I noticed that my bank has been debiting $9.99 for something I have never ordered or even know what it is. I want my account credited for all lost monies. This is simply left at the electronic level.

unauthorized charges
I signed up for a dental whitening product and automatically got signed up for this site! I do not want it and even tried to bypass the site when it popped up. I guess it didn't work! I have found my credit card charged to the tune of $9.99. I want the charges dropped! I never signed in to their site and I do not want to be charged for something I did not authorize even if some bit of very fine print said I did. Their practice smacks of unfair practice to don right fraud!

Billed $9.99 on my credit card for something I didn't order. I would like my credit card credited.
I sent for a sample of Dazzlewhite and have had nothing but problems. I would like to have all these charges on my credit card removed. I also sent for a sample of Dentechwhitening and have had the same problem. Dentech has told me that they will not credit my credit card. I am a widow and have to watch my pennies and I have just wasted $226.00. This is a big rip off!

Unauthorized Charges
I did not authorized this company to charge me for any products nor did i order any product from them. I don't even know what they are? are they a service or a product? if so i never got anything. i would like to know how to resolve this matter? Please Help!

Invalid Charge to my Debit Card
I ordered the sample size of Vibrant Whitening using the discount code, and paid with my debit card. Today, 8/14/09, I am being charged $88.97 to my debit account for something I did not order. I also was charged $9.99 on my debit card. The charge is from Axis Wellness Portal. I filed a separate complaint on Vibrant Whitening. Please reverse the $9.99 charge as I did not order anything other than the sample size, and do not wish to order any additional products. I will be contacting my bank to follow up on the refunding of the money. I expect this charge to be reversed as soon as possible. Thank you.

I was charged $9.99 for what? only authorized a paying for a "free" sample of a teeth whitening product...only charged for shipping...!!! I will not pay.
