IF YOU HAVE BEEN SCAMED BY IVORY BRITES / AXIS WELLNESS PORTAL, HERES WHAT YOU CAN DO:
1) TRY TO EMAIL THEM FOR A REFUND, BUT ITS A SLIGHT CHANCE IT'LL WORK.
2)CALL THEM AND TRY TO ASK FOR CANCELLATION AND A REFUND.
3) CALL YOUR CREDIT CARD COMPANY TO SEE IF THEY CAN CREDIT YOUR TRANSACTION AND BLOCK THE MERCHANT FROM FURTHER CHARGES.

billed on credit card
I ordered a product called Ivory Brite (teeth whitening) and was subsequently billed. Order was placed on my master card.
When reviewing my credit card bill I noticed a charge of $9.99 from Axis Wellness Portal. I did not order anything from them and want my credit card credited.

Credit Card Charge
I ordered a trial of Dentech Whitening. I was an idiot and didn't read the small print. Haven't even tried the product. Was charged $88.97 two weeks later and now have a $9.99 charge from Axis Wellness Portal - which I have never heard of! I'm calling the Better Business Bureau to find out how to go about getting these charges refunded.

Bogus Charge
I have cancelled my order to Dazzle White & Dentech Whitening after being charged $9.99 for something called Axiz Wellness Portal. I dod not WANT, ORDER or even KNOW What this is. Please cancel & refund my money.

unauthorized credit card billing
I did recieve a free sample of dental whiting product. Apparently the "terms and agreement" portion of the order contained many "agreements" that would automatically take afffect within 15 days unless cancelled by the customer. This "reverse ordering" system borders on being a scam in my opinion. When I called the customer service number I began to received a lecture about "customer responsibility"!!! Somewhere in the "lecture" the service rep. understood what I thought about the process. My account was promply credited for both amounts and I was instructed to refer to this web site to finalize the cancellation. My lesson from this - - - my dentist is still one of mans best friends!!!

continuing charges after cancellation
I rec'd an email cancellation confirmation June 6, 2009, however this company continued to charge my credit card $9.99 on June 18, 2009.

Subscription fee
I did not agree to recieve online subscription for a fee of 9.99. This fee has been on my credit card last month( which I just found out) and this month. I would like a refund for both as I did not choose to have this.
