Unauthorized charge to my account
I made an online order for a dental whitening product at a very reduced price. Subsequently I was charged for use of the Axis Wellness Portal which I neither wanted or purchased and did not authorize. I want the $9.99 charge credited back to my account immediately.

unauthorized billing on credit card
I ordered a free trial kit from Ivory Brite but canceled it 2 minutes later after submittion. They still insisted on sending home the kit and confirmed that I'll no longer receiving any additional charges from them, but I'm being billed $9.99 from Axis Wellness Portal for the last 2 months for unknown reasons.
I did not receive any further product or service from either Ivory Brite or Axis Wellness Portal. They're just charging my credit card as if it's an unlimited source of cash. I went to their website and it has nothing on it; just one front page and that's about it. I want refund for unauthorized charging of $9.99 for May and Jun. They do not have the right to charge me for un-consented, imaginary product as they see fit.

Billied for something I know nothing about.
I wanted to try a free trail of Whitening Brites. I was charged $88.97 and $9.99. The $88.97 was for the Whitening Brites and the $9.99 was for Axis Wellness Portal. I didn't even try one of them yet. I didn't want to try Axis Wellness Portal. I really won't try it now!

Unauthorized charges
June 2, 2009 my credit card was charged $9.99. I have no idea what these charges are for, as I've not ordered anything from this company. This teeth whitening thing is a fraud/scam and these charges are fraudulent and unauthorized. Please reimburse my credit card in the amount of $9.99, and if my name/address is on your list, remove it.

Fraud
I ordered something else later on found out that I was charged $9.99 for this, whatever it is, but not until I had already bounced a check. This is very much fraud. I didn't order this and I want my money back.

Billed for something I didn't order
I, too, ordered a teeth whitener and when I looked at my debit statement saw that I had a debit from Axis Wellness Portal for $9.99. I have no clue what this company is, or why they billed me for something I did not order.

Unauthorized charges on credit card
I ordered fom Ivory Brites teeth and automated was getting charges on my credit card for like Axis Wellness portal, as soon as I saw it on my acct. I called to cancel it out. But no word about a refund. I would like a refund on my credit card for the 9.99 that they charged
