I have tried unsuccessfully to contact axiswellnessportal to dispute the unauthorized charge of $9.99 to my master card account for a so called health related on-line newsletter. This charge appeared after I had received a trial size teeth whitening product. Upon receipt of the sample, I immediately called to cancel all future deliveries unaware that I would soon be charged $9.99 for an unwanted newsletter. What a scam!

I was charged on my credit card for two months worth of product even though I cancelled immediately after ordering. I made it VERY clear that I did not want ANY of their product, and that they were NOT to charge my credit card again. I received an e-mail confirmation that my order was cancelled.
I see today, upon receiving my credit card statement, that they did not do as I asked. I have been billed for $9.99 two times for two months!!! The part that makes me believe this is really a scam is that I have not received ANY more product.
I had to call the 8882790604 number and had to cancel AGAIN as I was told this was a whole separate offer...Hmm what does "Don't send me any more of your products or bill my credit card again" mean??!!
I also called my credit card company and disputed the bill, as well as had them make sure all was cancelled.
As per "Monica", return my money ($36.96) IMMEDIATELY.
I will NEVER give my credit card number to any "Free" offer again!!!

This company billed my credit card an amount of $9.99 without my permission or knowledge. They are piggybacking on Whitening Brites scam. I have never even heard of these people, much less ordering anything from them.

unauthorized charge on latest MC credit card bill. Never heard of this business nor did I order anything from it. Unauthorized charge was for $9.99

I dont even know what this is much less orde it . I recieved e-mail about it and cancelled it as soon as it showed up. Called your phone number on creit card ststement and your operator is dumber then your product. Shes telling me I was not charged and I have my bill in front of me for 9.99 showing I was charged. I want my 9.99 back .
