I contacted Ayax express, a TNT agent in Jordan, for shipping service for my furniture from Jordan to United Arab Emirates.
First, we agreed that they will start packaging on specific time but they came late so I had to cancel my plane, and they were aware of my travel time.
Then, they said it needs about five days to deliver, but I recieved my furniture after three weeks.
And, I paid extra charge to revieve my shipment in AbuDhabi as they said they deliver to Dubai only, but they refused to deliver to AbuDhabi and they are refusing refund the extra charge.
I hope you would take an action in this regard, its really important, they are offeding TNT's name.
