is there a place to file a complaint against the Arizona Security Department-I am not geting my payments because some brainles bi-lingilar put my first name as a last in the system and wont match my SSN information-called 3 times and all they say is they will e-mail the superviser Miza-but no last name, email or any other information.
If you have any ideas-please let me know.
