I was passenger on this bus on June 14th thru 19th, 2010.

The trip was from Kansas City, Missouri to Dallas and Forth Worth Texas.

The bus had many, many problems. The toilet did not flush; the air conditioning was not working in the afternoon, only in the early morning. The temperature in Dallas and Forth worth Texas were in the upper 90’s and sometimes 100’s. Some windows did not have shades, and the seats were not adjustable and were uncomfortable.

The bus needed shocks on it. I was bouncing up and down all the way to Dallas and Forth worth and on the return home.

I returned home with no air conditioning or working toilet.

I am an experience travelers and this is the worst that I have experienced.

It appears that the bus had not been serviced for the reasons stated above.

I would not recommend this company .
