Rude Service
On March 3, 2011 my daughter's car broke down with my two one year old grandchildren and their grandmother. My daughter was able to get someone to jump the car and help them get to the B P Gas station but it died out again. She then went in to ask the service station attendant if she could leave the car until later in the day to have someone come and look at it and get it going. The attendant's response was no you can't leave it because if the gas truck comes he cannot get into the station.
This was understandable however, when she asked if she could come in with the two infants and their grandmother to stay warm (the temperature was -6 degrees) and he responded "No, get Out".
I thought this to be very rude and unconscionable. I will make it a point to tell all of my friends and family not to patronize this station in our community unless it is an emergency to prevent running out of gas.

bad treatment of customer
I am a 66 year old man who needed help at the pump. After Pre Paying $20.00 cash, pump would not turn on. I went inside and asked for help and was told go back out and pump gas. Pump still would not work. I went back inside again and was told it was o.k. now. try again. Back outside, still not working. Back inside, third time. This time attendant came outside and pushed varius buttons, said try now and left. Still no gas, back inside station 4th. time. It should be working try again he said. Through all this he had been talking on his cell phone. I said everytime I come here for gas you are always on phone. I said put down the damn phone and lets start again. He told me to get out and threw my money at me . Then he told me to GET F----- 3or4 times I left. I live half mile away and have been going here for 40 years. When this became a B. P. station he came with it 5or6 years ago. He never says Hi never says thank you, never talks to customer and is always on the damn cell phone.
