FRAUD /ILLEGAL HAULER / SCAM!!! INACTIVE
Leroy and Rocky is a fraud and is transporting illegally as per the federal laws with INACTIVE /NONE DOT/MC authority per Gov site just click on his # no commercial insurance, DOT or MC #S also displayed on the side of your legal truck like all commercial trucks running DOT hrs & log books. You need proper government authority to transport for hire. You have not. We have filed against him. Do not use this guy or the many other non legals that state they are insured or legal it will cost you in the long run. If he gets pulled overby any law enforcement or go over required scales or at state lines the load will be impounded and towed into DOT storage and get fees/fines and require a legal transporter with DOT / MC #s with commercial insurance to remove it with proper certification after fees have been paid.

**VERY, VERY NEGATIVE.*** "Rocky" wrecked my motorcycle while loading it in a very reckless manner. He took it to be repaired and then delivered. He refused to return many calls. He (and members of his family who introduced theirselves as his wife and daughter)lied to me many times (telephone and emails)about repairs to my motorcycle. Finally I reported the motorcycle stolen and within a few more months Rocky called to arrange delivery. He had a friend deliver it. NO repairs and windscreen broke (NO INSURANCE)!!
2 What a nightmare, shipper cost me a customer and countless headaches. Long delays and poor communication. Very unprofessional. Listing clearly stated payment after delivery confirmation from the shipper. This guy demanded it from the customer which spoiled a business relationship and cost me additional business. Whatever could have gone wrong went wrong! Very dissatisfied customer.
>>Driver was one full day later and was completely lost trying to find New York City enroute from Florida. I had to go and fetch him off the Expressway and guide him to my place. The boat arrived with torn console cover and covered in mud. This was a miserable experience, to say the least.
>>Most of the negative feedback had to do with very poor contact and slow delivery. Apparently, there were two medical conditions and 2 breakdowns that happened within the 4-6 weeks that I was working with them. Communication was horrible. I think I called and/or emailed around 14 times and I received around 2 calls and 2 emails back the entire time. Very unprofessional and was not pleased in the communication area.
