rude air stewardess
I am writing to to you in regards to an incident that occured during the first hour of my journey. I was interuppted from watching a movie on board by Esmial an air stewardess. He demanded to see my boarding pass. I did not recall where I placed my boarding pass so I fumbled to find the pass. As I fumbled he kept shoouting and demanding to see my pass. I felt very intimitated by his actions and eventually found it and gave him the pass to view. Upon him viewing the boarding pass he promptly told me that someone needed to sit into my seat and I needed to move. I requested information why this other person needed to move. He baasically told me it was not my buisiness and I needed to move. When Esmeral came to sit in my seat I ask her why she needed to move. She told me that she did not request to move and Esmial came up to her and asked if she would like to sit in an aisle seat. I was then ignored for the rest of the flight. I was offered one drink and my special meal went to Esmial and I had to explain to her it was infact my meal and Esmial appears did not know what he is doing.

This is the worst flight I have been on my entire life. In light of all the recent publications in regards to air rage, I was wondering if the public should be made aware of air rage by their own air stewadesses. I have a choice who I fly with and I should be offered more than one drink throughout the flight. There should be a reason for me to change seats and I should of been given my meals. I felt bullyied by the flight crew and find this quite unacceptable.

Rudeness
Travelling from Gatwick (North Terminal) to Palma on 31st December 2009 at approx. 10.30 a.m. I beeped going through security.
The woman started to frisk me and, looking at my footwear, barked "Boots off". I was a little taken aback and told her that they had a machine for checking footwear at Palma (just introduced). To which she replied "you're not in Palma now you're in Gatwick and if you wear 'Doc Martins' then you've got to expect to beep". Obviously this attitude was then starting to get my back up as I was only trying to make polite conversation and did not expect such sarcasm and being talked down to in such a way. I therefore replied that, if she remembered, there was a massive amount of snow in the U.K which obviously necessecitated such footwear. I tried once again to make a little converastion but she was having none of it and just said this attitude was necessary for security! I fail to see how this can help.
I have travelled through Gatwck many times and have never been treated in such a way and had previously had a similar experience checking in with EasyJet and got the same response about security. I appreciate that levels of security were heightened but this attitude is not necessary which was proved by the young man putting the hand luggage through the scanner who was efficient, polite and had a humorous quip along the way.
Your comments would be appreciated.
