I tried to use their website backjoy.com to place an order for their back joy core device. When I stepped through the different ordering screens, I declined the two items which had a 30-day trial. Once the order was completed it had inserted a 30-day trial item. I immediately tried to remidy this online, but their website does not allow this.

I called their phone number immediately to cancel and re-order the core device and they said nothing could be done now, but that I needed to call back after 2 hours.

I called back in 2 hours and they said that the order cannot be cancelled becuase it was already in the process of shipping.

This company has no regard for customer service, and is certainly interested in making it easy for you to place an order, but they have every protocol in place to charge you for something you did not order and then to deny you the opportunity to cancel these items. Based on my first hand experience with this company I have experienced a fraudulant and criminal protocol that has now forced me to deny the charges on my credit card and change my credit card number to avoid future fraudulant charges.

Do not do business with this company, you will regret it.
