I saw a TV Infomercial for the BACK JOY . Was told that the product would be billed over two month period. I got a two month billing on my credit card for what I thought was for the Back Joy in one month. I then got a small package of some JOINT RELIEF COMPLEX, QR/QUICK RELIEF pain relieving spray. To be honest I didn't realize that what I got was a monthly product that would continue until I stopped the product. I was then billed for this product for the third month. Called Back Joy CUSTOMER SERVICE and then found out that I had 30 day's to RETURN THIS JUNK (CAPSULES/SPRAY) to stop further charges and delivery of this stuff.

On the product it has a warning:"CONSULT A HEALTH CARE PROFESSIONAL PRIOR TO USE" No where in their advertising does it have this "WARNING" appear, only when you read the LABEL, after the product has been delivered and yes billed to your credit card. To get this SCAM STOPPED you need to call their CUSTOMER SERVICE REP. and stop this ever shipped/billed product EVERY MONTH.

These INFOMERCIALS like this BACK JOY is nothing short of a CONTINUOUS MONTHLY SCAM!

The seat product does help while you use it...however the pain returns the minute you stand up!

The capsules and spray that comes monthly and billed monthly do not WORK period. At least not for $49.80 each month.

When ever I hear in a conversation around my peers I will then continue my comments and my experience about this COMPANY.

I have just called my credit card company and they are sending out a "dispute form" for which I will only be happy to fill out my experience with this company and monthly scam.
