Purchased a bonded leather chaise that was not available as promised (10 days later) and was sealed upon pickup. Was told at the warehouse that they could not load it if i unwrapped it to inspect it. this was after i had paid for it as they would not take it off the shelf until i paid. got it home and the leather was severely creased all over. Called customer "horrible" service and was told technician would have to come out. One week later (jan 11) technicians came out and could not do anything. Report was "severely creased". Jan 16 left message with service, no call back received. Jan 18 still no update so i called. Was told technicians had not submitted the report. They were going to follow up. Jan 21 no update, called back to find out there was no record of my call on Jan 18. Again was told they were going to f/up with technicians. Jan 26 no update received; call again and was told the photo's were sent to the manufacturer for assessment. Jan 31 called back; no update received from manufacturer. Waited until today Feb 10; was directed to several people at customer service; everyone avoided the issue. I am ready to return the sofa to the store (all sales final don;t you know) anyway and leave it on the street with a huge sign telling everyone what a scam they are.. Words of warning...Don't buy at Bad Boy!!!

I purchased a sofa and a love seat from Bad boy in North york location in toronto, on the first week of January 2010. I was promised the delivry will be done by 2nd of Feb. I just called Bad boy to find out the delivery schedule for tomorrow and found out that the delivery is postponed for another month. What a rip off becaue I already waited for a month now it is hard to wait for another month. I have guest coming from Europe. I have no sofa at home. I threw my old sofa today, I never knew that my new sofa delvery will be delayed for another month. I spent 1800 for the sofa and now I found out no sofa for another month. The worst part is customer service at Bad boy. I called up the store and the person name Oleg emp id 304 spoke very harsh to me. WHat a worst customer service at bad boy. What Do I do now. There is no refund policy at bad boy otherwise I could have returned and purchased sofa from another store. I don`t think I will buy any product from bad boy any more . I will send my story to meda tomorrow. Also I will not reccomend my family and friends to make any purchase at bad boy. I will share my experience with every body.

Very mad, sad and upset...

We recently went into Bad Boy in London Ontario and what a joke! We're having a house build and I decided that we're going to need all new... everything! Before I decided where to purchase the items, I thought I'd be nice and grant one deserving sales person a chance to earn commission on the whole lot. All they had to do was show they deserved it. I went in and looked for the cheapest love seat - on sale for around $450.00. When the sales guy came around I said I was interested in just the love seat and I'd take it now if he waved the tax. He made up some story like it was as low as it could go but if I bought the whole set he could give me a deal on shipping and then went to help a couple looking at a more expensive set. Another guy came a round and seemed nicer, but again became irritated by me trying to barder on a cheap(er) piece of furniture.

So then I noticed a young employee chatting to another and rather candidly boasting how much beer he planned on consuming once he got home. Classy. My wife and I had enough and walked over to The Brick. We went over to the dinning tables and when approached I said I was only interested on one of the dinning chairs. She looked a little confused so I repeated and asked if I could buy just 1 and for almost half the price. Without much more persuasion she actually agreed! I watched her do up the bill and when asked for payment I told her I was just testing her and then proceeded to buy my appliances:) I'll go back for the bedroom set and living room accents in the couple weeks and I'll be sure she gets the recognition.

DO NOT buy from BAD BOY, because NOOOOOOOOBODY has service like them!!!
I purchased a Kitchen Aid stove from BAD BOY, and what a mistake.
I have reported that my oven is not working, and with extended waranty that I have purchased also, it has been 5 weeks and it is still not working.
NOOOOOOOBODY cares including BAD BOY, Whirlpool and 3-rd company that received the workorder from the first two stuges, and the final thing was today they are telling me that Whirlpool does not even show on their system that part was ever ordered, and the 3-rd party company produced a confirmation # of the part ordered on March 23.
Do yourselve a favour and DO NOT BUY FROM BAD BOY, because they SUCK ROYALLY!!!
