Beware! You might not get your order when they promise it! I went in during my lunch break on Monday and ordered and paid for a simple name plate/tag order. They said I could pick it up Thursday and I told them I HAD to have it by noon on Thurs because it is part of a bigger surprise gift. Donna is the owner and she is the one that took my order and promised it to me by noon. I was shocked that a simple 3 line name tag was $13, but I paid for it in advance.
When I called Thurs morning to confirm my order was ready (it should take 10 minutes to do, not 3 days), Donna said she couldn't have it ready until 3pm. That was too late. She said to call her back at noon and she would let me know if she got it done.
I called back 5 minutes later and some young punk, George?, wouldn't let me talk to Donna. She was too busy to talk to me. When I asked him for a guarantee that my job would be ready by noon, he said sarcastically that he couldn't do that. So I told him to cancel my order and refund my money. He got pissy with me and told me there are a lot of other vendors out there that I could go to and that I should get a life over a little $13 order. He said he would refund my money whenever he felt like getting around to it. His reaction was, big woo, I'm really worried about losing your business. He was unbelievably rude, arrogant, unprofessional, and childish. He MUST be related to the owner. Any regular employee would be fired on the spot for talking to a customer that way.
It's obvious that they don't need your business. Beware! You'll get your order whenever they get around to it. Oh, he also said he would make sure Yelp removed this review. And then he hung up on me. What a punk.
