I placed an order on 10/27/2008. My funds were transferred to the company through PayPal on 10/27/2008. I waited for 3 ½ weeks and never received my order. I e-mailed and called bag binge several times with no response. The following week I attempted to contact bag binge once again in an attempt to secure my order; I finally received an e-mail simply stating my order was cancelled. I asked for my refund and once again no response. I filed a complaint through PayPal and bag binge never responded to the complaint. PayPal closed the complaint and send me this “We have decided in your favor, however, we were unable to recover any funds from the seller's account.”
I am still attempting to recover my funds with no help from PayPal. I urge the public not to do business with bag binge, you will be sorry.
