ONLINE COMPLAINT
Why are my unlimited calls and mails are not being replied on my order status with billing ID 1006646666 which has been dispatched on 22nd June and has not yet been received .

I have even logged a complaint on this with Bag IT Today customer service in vain Complaint No:251992
When I called up the customer care they are in a mood we don't care to respond you. I also check with the deliver courier service Blue Dart with the information that was given to me on the day of dispatch is all wrong. When I call the customer support stating this they said I don't know and hung up.Blue Dart told that they don't have any such delivery pending and usually the deliver is with in 3 days if it is domestic.

Now what has further to be done.

Cheats - lying about BB phones, selling old handsets and not refunding
I have a bad experience from these cheats! I believed their ad in the paper for BB handset 8830, and ordered against credit card payment. They send me a phone in an unsealed box, no papers, and I realized that it was a used, second-hand set! It even had the earlier numbers and sms' in it! Then the same story - I send it back, at my cost, and they didn't accept it!

It came back, and they promised a pick-up. Then called to tell me, they can't! I am still waiting for a solution.

Mails to higher authorities, Ms.Sangha and Mr.Chawla have bounced back!

Utter crooks, lying in their ads, to cheat honest customers. Spread the word - to avoid at all costs!

Bag It Todaty is Worst
Hi,

I Generally Buy things online and i was very satisfied with the experience of buying things online till the time i ordered this thing from Bag It Today website.
It was the worst expereince till now. I booked a Blackberry 8830 Mobile through the website on 29th March 2011. The amount was charged in my credit card on the same day within 5 minutes of the Order. It was said that i will receive a confirmation SMS or a mail which i had not received. I called the customer care number which is 01204112424 and i told them about the same. They said that your request is in Process you will receive the details in 48 Hours. I called them after 3 Days becuase till then i had not erceive any details about it. They again asked me to wait for 2-3 Days. They also asked me to send a Scan copy of the Bill. I had sent almost 5 Mails and then I received the Booking Id(11th April) after 12 Days, then they said in total it takes 21 Days for the delivery, 9 Days were left so they said you just have to wait for 9 Days. I called on 18th Day and asked if the Mobile is dispatched. It was still not dispatched becuase of some reason. It was the worst senario because even they were not aware why its not Dispatched?????????

I called again after 5 Days(25th April) this was almost 15th call in 27 Days and they still asked me to wait for 2 days for the confirmation. After waiting for 30 Days they Mailed me that your Booking is confirmed and we will dispatch the mobile in ASAP. After waiting for such a long time I received a message on 36th Day that the mobile is dispacthed. And here is the best thing I expected since 40 Days. Wowwww!!! I received a Second Hand Mobile!!! Bloody Hell... This is the worst thing I would ever expect from anyone. Then AGain I spoke to the cust care. They said "I am sorry about this, please send the mobile back to delhi, we will send a new peace when we receive the mobile. What the ****????


When I asked him when will I receive my New Mobile they said it will take 21 Days from the time we receive the Second hand Mobile which I received!!! Belive me if that person would be next to me I would have ******!!! I dont want the mobile Anymore. I want the Money and the Corrier Charges as well. Now Finally today(11th May) I have sent the Mobile back to Delhi.
Where am I right now? Square 1??? How pathetic. Please dont buy anything from this website and this compnay.

Wrong delivery of product
Online shopping is said to be a boon for use net savvy people, it offer you peace of mind and easy way to access stuff that you would not move your butt to get, throw in some discounts and whoaa its the right buy . Is this too good to be true well if you want to have a bad experience, kindly visit bagittoday.com its a classic case of "how not to sell stuff online"

I am listing a chronology of events and then will analyze it .

1. Order Placed on 16-11-2010 /payment done instantly Delivery promised 2-3 weeks
2. Product Delivered on 22nd Dec 2010 (that’s more that 3 weeks ) Product delivered was not what I ordered – so I wont count that as
3. Complaint done on 24th Dec. 2010 and was promised a pick up and Money refund in 10 days
4. its 27th January 2011 at least 40 calls ( some how the seniors never come on phone very busy I guess ? )

The Ordeal starts .

I mail then endlessly and they choose to reply some of them with same information product has been delivered they even sent me a snap shot of courier tracking site, very helpful ? hardly ! if the support staff would have read the mail they would have known that I am talking of product replacement and not product delivery, but why read the mail when you can piss someone off by sending just the template .

The Mail exchange is hilarious and so are the telephonic conversations I pity the poor executives they promise, A pick up ( hey they even sent me a mail for it ) and then nothing gets done .

I keep on forwarding and re forwarding the mails to support (or lack of it ) and customer ( We don't) care mail id.

I have given up on getting a refund or product replacement but I have decided to call them and mail them once in a while to keep my self in good humor and get my negative emotions out ( sorry support guys and gals ) .

There is a noble intention to it, I just want to find out till how long bag it today can promise and break it . may be I can get a award for getting scammed online.

I called up couple of times more and every time they say seniors will call back and nothing happens

Cheating by misrepresenting facts
I received a call from Bag It Today Tel no - 01204754200 stating that i was one of the 15 people to be selected today for either a cash back of Rs.30, 000 or 8-10 diamonds. I ordered a product samsung handy cam worth Rs.11398/- under booking id no 110094587 & duly paid shipping cost of Rs.899 vide booking id no.110094594. i was later informed that i was successfully eligible for (a)cash back of Rs.1 lakh payable by Demand draft & (b) 28-40 diamonds by the computer draw & there would be no further requirements needed to be fulfilled excepting purchase of any one pack from your end .I made my calculations along with the executive that i will only have to spend around Rs.49000 while i am getting back Rs.1, 00, 000 along with diamonds and I chose the Samsung TV pack costing Rs.32900 under booking id 110094630 & paid the shipping cost of Rs.1750 under booking id no.110094641. After these formalities I got a call from an executive named deepa that after putting my booking id no.110094630 i was eligible for 8 diamond pieces worth Rs.5000. I was shocked . I am not a fool to pay Rs.50, 000 for getting free gift worth Rs.5000. I informed her that i already had won a cash back of Rs.1 lakh then why the draw again? She started to evade my questions & told me that she would get back to me. I have not yet got any reply back so far.
I am shocked as to why do companies of your reputation stoop down to such gutter level and resort to day light cheating of people for some few thousands of rupees & lose your reputation. I am a regular subscriber of many India Today publications & just cannot believe that India Today has become so cheap for sake of some little money.
You are requested to cancel my orders & refund the amount to my credit card account immediately else i shall be forced to take legal action against your company for cheating innocent people like me by giving misleading facts & promises.
Further, you are also requested to take severe action against your executives for misleading people by giving wrong information to boost their sales which is unethical.
I expect an immediate action from your end.

Awful customer service
I ordered a benetton watch and bata bag combo from this company ( order no. OGA100018279)on 24/06/2010 and it was delivered to me on 08/07/2010 and it was found that the watch does not work. I called up their customer service dept (0n 12/07/2010)and spoke to one Mr. Prasanth, who wanted me to courier it back at my own expense, for which I asked why I should bear the cost of getting it to them. He said that it was their company policy.When I requested to be connected to their superior, he said his superior was busy and that I had to call back after 4 in the evening if I wanted to talk to him. Really absurd isn’t it? The next day (0n 13/07/2010), I again called up the customer service and this time it was a guy called Imran who repeated the same story and when I finally got to speak with their superior Mr. Rashid, he said their company will refund the courier cost and wanted me to enquire what it would cost to send it over. He promised to call me back that evening by 6 to confirm the courier charge, which never happened. Today (0n 15/07/2010), I called them as usual and this time it was another guy called sathinder. I said I want to speak to Rashid for which he said that Rashid was busy and if I wanted to speak with him, I’ll have to call back later.

I’m wondering where on earth are these guys from? Such an annoying customer service. They don’t bother if you have any complaints about their products. “You want to solve an issue, you call us, we’ll never take the pain to understand what a customer has in story” This is their attitude.

One thing is for sure, I’m never going to do business with this rotten company again. Never in my life have I come across such a pathetic customer service.
