I have been with Bagfull for over 2 years and have registered multiple domains and even renewed some! I have had minor issues with login etc initially which did not bother me much. But what was upsetting was that the payment did not reflect on their website but the money got debited from my bank. They did get it rectified in a day or two and I was assured this wont happen again! Yesterday, I was registering a new domain and its a different bank now Axis bank and their payment gateway clearly accepts Axis bank. And I was surprised to see that the money got debited but their invoice shows unpaid. Now, I am frantic as I did not want to domain to be registered by someone else and there is no phone number to call them. I opened a ticket with the screenshot and a detailed complaint, and they did not respond for over 4 hours. I was really upset since its the second time and they are clearly irresponsible! If they had good customer service and business practices in place, they would have rasised the issue with the payment gateway and sorted it out but they DIDNT and I have the same problem again!
I wrote them an email saying, if this is the kind of service, then I will take my business elsewhere! Now mind you, there are other providers who are CHEAPER than bagfull! Just google and you will know for yourself! I still chose to be with Bagfull knowing that I am paying more just because I wanted it all managed by ONE provider! And this is how they treat a loyal customer!!!

This is not our fault, it is your bank's fault. Better shift to some proper bank rather blaming our service. We have more than 9000 clients and more than 50% paying us online each year. There are sometimes issues with the gateway bit not like you are reporting.
You are requested to shift the domain elsewhere, we are not in position to provide you any service. We would be refunding you the payment as soon as it shows up in our gateway statement. It is showing unpaid as of now and we are following up with the gateway about it.

Clearly they dont care about me or my business and they have denied service for me. And I have nothing to lose, they have lost a customer forever and there is someone else willing to offer me better services for better rates!!!
Please do not use Bagfull, trust me there are better and cheaper services available.
