I ordered 3 items, paid via credit card, only 2 were sent. After a few weeks I called. They said they could no longer get this item, to order another item at the same price. So I did. After a few weeks, I emailed. Again, they could no longer get the item, and this time order something for $59 (original price was $39) So I did. A few weeks go by and this time no one answers. I leave several voicemails. After several days, I emailed. No reply. By this time 120 days had passed, which is the window that banks have for collecting money from merchants. So now they have $39 free and clear. My bank did credit the money back to me, but they can't collect it from baghaute. I see on other websites that this seems to be a common practice for them.
