Non-Receipt of Bagit Today Order 1004485370 for more than 45 days

I haven't received order # 1004485370 for more than 45 days from BagIt Today.
I have followed up atleast 6-8 times over email and twice calling them, their response is stereotype and have been hearing/reading the following message everytime I follow up with them.
The bluedart courier consignment # 43694846904, they have provided is a fake one, blue dart doesn't have this particular courier # at all.
Their service is pathetic seems to be a fradulent company chaeting people. This is highly frustrating and horrible experience with Bagit.

The email msg I receive everytime I follow up is:

"This is with reference to your e-mail.

Please accept our sincere apologies for the inconvenience caused to you.

We would like to inform you that we have taken the matter with the department concerned. We request you to kindly allow us with the 4-5 working days to resolve the issue and get back to you. Hope you shall bear with us in the interim.

We assure you that all possible care shall be taken from our end.

Assuring you of best possible service always.

cheated by bagit today

I placed an order via phone to bagit today for reebok kit before 3 months. I got only part of the items through VPP. Only when I opened the parcel after going to my home I felt cheated. Even after three or more followups there is no proper resolution from bagit today. I really feel cheated by this issue where I payed upto 3500rs and received only items worth 700rs. I have sent the following letter to bagit team also. Pls dont buy any products from this company in my honest opinion.

Hi,

I placed a Reebok kit order with Bagit Today w.r.t an advertisement in Dinamalar daily on 20-December-2010. The order comprised of MTV Roadies sunglasses, Reebok Travel bag, Reebok Track suit, Reebok Sports shoes for which the order amount was approx 3500/- . I was informed that in the first or second week of January I would receive the order. I received the order through postal VPP on 13rd January.But to my shock I could find only Reebok Travel Bag, MTV sunglasses in the consignment for which I payed the complete amount. Immediately I reported the issue to Bagit and they promised the rest of the ordered items in next 2 weeks, but even after three weeks I didnt receive any parcel as promised by them. On third week of January they promised me that I would get the items before February 5. Till February 16th I didnt get any of them. I again called to the customer care and they again said the same reason and time frame that in next two weeks I would get the items. I asked them to escalate the issue and I requested them to connect me to a supervisor but they said they would give me a call back before EOD. Till now I haven't received any calls from Bagit Today. Its really disgusting and I feel cheated that a leading print group in India is spoiling its reputation by this business. In shall request you to look in to this issue and provide me a proper solution ASAP since it has been already 45 days due to be solved else I may need to look at other legal options.
