On several occasions, I requested the return address from the Bags2009.com customer service department. However, with each request Bags2009.com either attempted to convince me to keep the unwanted merchandise, purchase additional merchandise, or customer service ignored my e-mails.

On Dec. 2, 2009 I contacted the U.S. Postal Service seeking assistance the returning the unwanted items. As per the U.S. Postal Service I was advised to “Refuse” delivery of package, Tracking No. EE 065577013 CN.

With the package received on Saturday November 28, 2009, the U.S. Postal Service informed that I could return the package using the original EMS mail delivery form, Tracking No. EE 065576108 CN; the return address is typed in Chinese.

Please refer to the below e-mail correspondence between Sally Liang, Bags2009.com online retail shopping, Shanghai, China and myself, Theresa Amie of Rochester, NY.

Reason: The purse is not real leather it is made from plastic

--bags2009.com cannot give a full refund for quality problems such as:
“The product does not look like the ones in your picture.”
“The product is not what I’d imagine it to be.
“I am not satisfied with this product.”
--We will deduct a certain amount of handling fee based on your order total amount and give you a partial refund.

Do not give me a difficult time in returning and exchanging these products. I spent $385-USA on inferior merchandise. I should not be forced to keep the inferior merchandise that I do not want!

If I am given any trouble, I will be forced to return all merchandise and request a full-refund.

No it is not ok; I do not want to place another order – I want to return the handbags - Gucci-59, Product ID 1852 – which was delivered but not what I ordered. I ordered COACH-179 handbag not Gucci-59.

In addition, I do not like two of the handbags I want to return them for two alternate handbags.

Bags2009.com will not provide a return address to return inferior Knock-off Coach handbags. I was going to do an exchange, but due to a lack of cooperation from Bags2009.com, I am returning items and expect a full-refund.

I had to contact the U.S. Postal Service to seek assistance with the return address information.
