Difference in Fare
Complaint #1 : Online Booking charge to Kochi : BD 245
Bahrain air office charge to Kochi : BD 201. How come?
From your customer contact number, 17333777 on Friday night and on Sunday morning they informed that it is a system problem, and online charge is only 196 BD, and informed me to send a complaint to customer care. So I send a mail, but no proper reply from them.
Complaint #2 : If I'm trying to book a return ticket to Kochi on 01-Sep-2011 and return on 23-Sep-2011 for Economy, it is showing as Sold (no ticket available). At the same time if I'm trying to book the ticket both as one way, it is available. How come this is showing like this?
I have sent more than 5-6 mails and reminders to them. But didn't receive a proper reply.

HAD RETUREND TICKET DOHA - BAHRAIN - MUMBAI 9 SEPT 2010
TOOK OFF FROM DOHA TO BAHRAIN ON TIME . BAHRAIN TO MUMBAI FLIGHT DELAYED FOR 26 HOURS.
NO INFORMATION SHARED, FRONT DESK SERVICE PATHETIC, NO WATER, NO TEA, NO SNACKS, NO LUNCH, NO DINNER, NOR STAY, WAS PROVIDED.
THE TRANSFER DESK STAFF OF BAHRIAN AIR AIRPORT MENTIONED WE ARE AGENTS WE ARE NOT EMPLOYEES OF BAHRAIN AIR SO WE CANT HELP YOU.
