Poor Services
am disappointed with the Bajaj Allianz Survey process. I have 3 insurance running from your company for my personal cars and I feel like shifting all of them to another company.


My Chevorlet Beat was banged while parked outside my house by a Neighbour. Your Surveyors Naveen Sharma and Amit Saxena have harassed me to the point where I don’t feel like claiming insurance.


They just don’t know how to talk to a customer. Extremely rude. Don’t keep their commitments. They had to come to do the site survey but just keep giving time but never turn up. They accuse us that we banged the car ourselves.


I feel fed up of your company’s people and would not recommend bajaj to anyone at all.

worst insurance company
Bajaj Allianz is the worst insurance provider. I have not seen such kind of service anywhere. they just give policy by some unauthorized agent, agent misguides and sell the policy and vanish after taking the commission, when you ask for claim to the company, they say these all doesn't cover, when we say the agent did not informed anything like that, they reply then you speak to the agent, agent will be no more reachable, and bajaj allianz will escaped with this answer as though they don't have any responsibility if the agent is misguiding. This is to warn all people that it is only one way money which you will be paying through premium and when you will ask for claim, they will give you enough nos of reason.

Not sending unit details.., not giving commisssion Worst customer service..
Hi,

I have taken a ULIP from Bajaj Allianz they are not providing the unit allotment details.
and they are not providing the commission for the polcies joined through my friend.

If any one know s what I can do this regard please drop a mail.

Unauthorized billing!
I'd purchased a travel insurance on dated Sept. 09,2007 by consulting on line and paid premium for overseas Travel insurance. I'd also confirmed with the one of employee Named Ms. Shardha that policy would be deliver online after being paid. But when I purchased online overseas insurance, an automated email came to me that policy would be sent at my address in 48 hours I was shocked coz I was informed that policy would be served on line instantly after payment being done online through my credit card. On sept 11, 2007 I'd approached ms. Laskhmi Husiaine who was claiming as a manager in Baja Allianz to cancel the policy and make a refund. and she assured me that refund will be done in seven days. On my question that why refund could not be done online instantly as they charged, she was answer less but assured me that it would refund in 7 days.

Now after two months Bajaj Allianz could not make my refund and they gave me fake transaction number 216768 and told that refund had been made on september 09, 2007 by citibank. Ms. Lakshmi Huisaine also told me that she would forward me the email of refund which they got from citibank but as usual, she was telling me lie and involved in this cheating with Bajaj Allianz.

I never seen such a fraud company in my life. They are just grabbing money and Lakshmi Huisaine is a big LIER.

Fefusal of claim
I took health insurance policy for myself 3 years back in order to protect my self from any medical ailment or accidents in future. I was assured by the agent that it is the best medical policy and covers everything. I have renewed my policy thrice and was paying regular premium with the hope that this policy will protect me in case of any medical emergency. Last year when i got married i also enrolled my wife (manubha) in it so that she can also be covered. But when my wife encountered a major health problem and was rushed to the nearby escorts hospital we were assured that we will get the benefits as stated earlier but after three days when my wife was admitted in the hospital the hospital authorities informed us that BAJAJ ALLIANZ refused to reimburse stating that Gynae problems are not covered in the policy. I was asked to check the terms and conditions and when i checked i was shocked to see that it doesnt cover any disease except cough and sneezing, and offcourse no one is going to take this policy for common cough n cold.. so then i realized BAJAJ ALLIANZ is the WORST insurance company.. Escorts hospital authority(faridabad) informed us that many patients are refused at the last moment those who are registered with bajaj allianz. They just dupe people and therefore this matter has been sent in all reputed newspapers to protect common man from such corrupt companies. Reference number given to us by bajaj alliance was 1888247.

Horrible service!
Bajaj Allianz is the worst insurance provider. I have not seen such kind of service anywhere. I invested 30,000/- in one of their insurance policies in December 2006. This is April end and I have still not received my policy papers. The person (agent) who submitted my papers is nowhere present. His cell no (9945328955) is not reachable half of the times. Other times, some one answers the phone and says that person is his cousin and is out of station.

As Bajaj Allianz had some tie up with Standard Chartered (and on their recommendation I invested my money), I inquired with them, they asked me to contact Gopi at no. 080-64522418. Since January 2007, I have been trying to get some help, but the responses I get are so shameless. In January, Gopi said it has already been delivered on my address. When I told him NO. His question was Are you sure? What is this non sense? I am not trying to waste their or my time. I don't have any papers, If something happens to me, will they give me insurance coverage? Then he started saying we are checking out, although it has been delivered. Then they said this is some problem with speed post and you should check this out yourself. After some more time, their response was papers have returned back and we are resending again. In every conversation he says I will call you after some time, but no one responds back. When I still didn't get my papers, I called up again and this time, the response was like I have called first time, he again said the same thing that papers were sent on 18th Jan 07. This is so frustrating. I asked him about some other person's no like his manager's no, he directly denied. Now the situation is such that he never answers my queries, most of the times, phone no is not reachable. When by chance i am able to get line clear, some one else answers and the responses are horrible, nobody is ready to help me. They are not even ready to give me duplicate papers. Don't know what have they done to my money. Irony is, I checked out all the customer care numbers present on their site for the region, not even one of them works.
