I got the brand new bike on 13/10/06, from the day 1 its not going in gear 4 & 5, after repoting to the dealer, he guided to the nearest service center. Response which we got was the worst from the service center & no one is taking it seriously from the bajaj service center. In the new bike we are getting the problem, which has hardly ran 45km,then what there quality testing team is doing?????? I had purchased the bike on full downpayment.
If any legal action has to be taken please guide with that.
