Sub: Non Co-operation of servicing of NANO vehicle from dealer

It is bring to your kind notice that on 27th December evening the Accelerator Cable of the vehicle non-functioning which had been communicated to the dealer Bajla Motors Pvt. Ltd. Over telephone and we were told that next day i.e. 28th December instant either the vehicle shall be brought by the dealer or we have to take the vehicle at service station.
On 28th instant at about 9 a.m. we have taken our vehicle at Bajla Motors Pvt. Ltd. for proper repairing. At 1.30 p.m. on enquiry we came to know that the job has not yet been undertaken by the dealer. We were asked to contact in the evening for delivery of the vehicle. In the afternoon we were told that the required spare parts Accelerator Cable is not available with the dealer and delivery of the vehicle will take time.
It is most unfortunate that as soon as we told the dealer that the matter shall be brought into the notice of TATA MOTORS for resolving the problem the required job has been completed with some other relevant servicing with satisfaction by Bajla Motors Pvt. Ltd., Siliguri and we take delivery of the vehicle at about 6.30 p.m.
It is a matter of great regret to let you know that the servicing problem we have to face from the dealer Bajla Motors Pvt. Ltd., Siliguri of MNC TATA MOTORS is not desirable. Hope you will take up the matter with the concern authority so that we do not have to face any problem and un-necessary harassment in near future being a customer of TATA MOTORS.
