loan modification
I spoke with a man by the name of Don William and also spoke with Crystal I started my Loan Mod in Jun 2009. Was told to skip two payments and pay them $1500.00 dollars for two months and was guarenteed that My loans would be modified to payments that I could afford. Long story short I was ripped off and lost my house and had to file bankruptcy. This company is nothing more than a scam. I would love to file a lawsuit against them. They destroyed our credit we were current on every payment had never been late until this company got involved in our lives .

Loan Modification Guarantee
I was contacted by Steven Kassell in regards to a loan modification. The contract I signed was for $1500 up front and $1500 to finalize. The agreement was signed in September, 2009. I had contact with him as late as the 23rd of February, but I cannot contact the company at all. I get music and an answering machine that I am caller #1. No one ever answers.

This is a scam
Dont be fooled by any of these paid to posters, BALBOA LAW GROUP was MBM Group, Terence McConville was MBM Groups attorney, Just Google "Michael McConville criminal charges and you will see what sheisters these guys are, Terence is Michaels father, OBTW Michaels brother Sean was also arrested with Michael in May of 2009 on 20 Felony counts Do the google, Do the Math, these poeple do not add up to anything you want to place your hard earned dollars with.
