My wife and I have spoke to the management at this facility on numerious occasions, concerning the door leading to the racquetball court. This door does not close properly which could lead to someone being seriously injured. Also the smell of mold in that area could be a health hazard. It is requested that these two issues be corrected as soon as posssible. Management at this facility is very supportive put it seems that complaints fall on deaf eyes at the top. I hope that complaints are handled in the same manner at all the facilities no matter the location.
