I have received offer for employment from texaco oil company from Mr.DONALD JONES FREDENALD (Human Resources Manager) on dated 08/02/2008. My complaint is that whether this offer is offer send by company management and on what basis i have to show confidence about my job recruitment as i have not received a single interview call letter from company management and not a single telephone call and as i was not given even single telephonic interview and How i can know about Mr.DONALD JONES FREDENALD (Human Resources Manager) whether he is really HR person or not.
