I ordered a pair of shoes for my wedding on March 21, 2010. When they arrived, there was mesh on the shoe that was not as pictured online. The return policy stated you would be charged a $15 restocking fee, which I did not believe I should be subject to since the shoes sent to me were not as pictured. I emailed and it was never answered. My voicemails were not returned. One time when I called, someone finally answered (gentleman named Ricky). I explained to him my concerns and how I had the return authorization form, but wanted to talk to someone about not being charged the $15. I explained that the shoes weren't as pictured and he argued that mesh wouldn't show up in a picture well. I told him that I was sure I could take a picture and the mesh would show up, so he told me "go ahead and do that!" I got angry, but did take pictures of the shoes. I spent my money and time having the pictures printed and sent them, the shoes, a letter and the return authorization to the return address I was provided. The warehouse received the shoes on April 28 2010. It is now June 30, 2010 and I have yet to receive a refund of any of the money I spent. I have emailed, again unanswered. I have left messages and they have not been returned. The other day someone did answer and asked me to hold and then informed me it would be at least 15 minutes. I had work to do, so I could not do that. I continually call and leave messags and they are not returned. DO NOT MAKE A PURCHASE FROM THIS WEBSITE
