I was severely ripped off after ordering a product from the website, balticcollagen.us. The anti aging product that I purchased did not work at all. And when I requested a refund, they denied my request stating that only balticcollagen.com offers refunds.

Then, someone by the name of Isabelle told me that they were the only authorized distributor of the product line and that it was a world wide policy that the product does not come with a guarantee.

Contacted customer service at balticcollagen.com and it turns out that balticcollagen.com is the authorized distributor and that they do have an unconditional satisfaction guarantee. And that balticcollagen.us does not have a positive reputation for truthfulness and/or ethical business practices.

They lie to get you to buy from them by talking bad about their competitors. And when you do order from them, they offer no guarantee. This is not an honest business; it is two Polish immigrants in Chicago out to get your money! Do not buy from balticcollagen.us.
