Bill Richardson of B&R Masonry & Contracting in Philadelphia (215-882-3787) entered into a contract to do some repairs at my house. He took the full payment on the condition that he was finishing the work that same day and of course left without finishing. Now many weeks have gone by and I have been calling daily, usually without getting an answer or ever voicemail. On the few times I have spoken to Barbara Armpriester of B&R (215-964-1520), she has promised that they would be coming to finish and then no one shows up or calls to reschedule. At this point I have asked for my money back and have, surprisingly, gotten no response. I'm looking into suing them but the cost/time commitment might be too much. Don't make the same mistake I did!!!
