I installed a trench drain outside of this mans garage. A down payment was suppose to have been in the mail, never received one. we finished the job and he paid in full by check-As i suspected the check was returned nsf. I called and he said he will pay up on mon 8/23. No Payment made at this time. He is a professional scam artist.
