I deposited 2 MoneyGrams and they put a hold on them. 7 days later, they said that the moneygram does not have funds available! Then they said that the MoneyGrams went to the states. No one can tell me where in the states it was sent to. One month later, they call me to tell me that the MoneyGrams are on there way back to the bank it will take another two days. They stamped the MoneyGram "non sufficiant funds"!!! You pay for the MoneyGram when you pick up the MoneyGram so how are the funds not there? I originally had three and the other one I cashed there has been NO problems with funding. Bancomer is THE WORST bank in Mexico. They lie, blow smoke up your ass, and are full of crap!!! I need an attorney and some advice on what to do now that they have stamped my MoneyGrams with Non Sufficient funds!!!
