Re: Pet Hospital
My puppy’s name is “Samson”. I had visited your Stapleton Office. I was told then, “Samson”. We would be enrolled in the puppy plan. After, speaking with the office manager she stated, since “Samson” was over the 6 months, he would be treated as an adult. However, this was not stated to me in our conversation.
Since, I am unable to transport “Samson” properly. I had requested to have my plan transferred to another hospital which is closer for my access. I am being, instructed by the office manager Melissa at the Glendale Office I would have to start the puppy plan over again. Now, Samson, will be a year old in less than 2 weeks. I had tried to explain, the situation of my driving long distances with my pet. I currently, have MS which enables me to operate machinery. I feel I should be able to transfer the plan to any Banfield Facility without having to restart a new plan.
I have contacted the Better Business Bureau, and the Attorney Generals Consumer Division. I would like to continue my plan for my pet. However, I feel it would not benefit me.
Thank you, for your time and consideration.
Sincerely,
Wanda E. Roberts.
