Poor Care, Unnecessary treatments, Billing Fraud

You'll extensive instructions on your rights and how to fight back. Contact local and nation media (tv stations and newspapers) to get the word out. Bad press goes a long way to either changing their ways or shutting them down.

Also, email the CEO everyday to tell them that you demand they change their business practices from billing to killing!

Fraudulent Billings and Poor Pet Care

In addition to the previous outline of complaints (which was incredible) and participating in the class action, which I'm doing, you should bombard your email complaints to the following addresses:

I have a friend at one of the major networks who told me that they've just completed an investigative piece on Banfield including hidden footage of mistreatment of animals, unlicensed and unqualified techs administering treatments, medications, assisting in surgery and staff meetings advising staff to disregard requests to cancel Wellness plans. It's going to air this fall.

The more people that complain, the louder the voice.
