In July 2007, Bally lost my payment. I faxed, mailed in not only once but twice copy of the check but they denied ever receive d it untill i emailed them check image. After many email, more than 6 weeks past, Bally told me they have found my payment, told me it was placed to someone else account without apology. But the story didn't end here. Instead of credit the full payment ( $32.14)to my account, Bally only credited $27. I showed them my bank statement, faxed a letter from my banker to explain that $32.14 was debit for the check, $32.14 should credited to my account, unexpectly, Bally not only refuse to fix the problem, they begin harrese me by placing a automatic call twice a day, impose monthly late fee for that balance, deny my access, intimediated to send to collector agent. this is totally ridiculous! any advise?
