I was overdrawing my account at ICCU (Idaho Central Credit Union) with $596 and after I talked to the customer service at ICCU local branch they confirmed that I can pay it off with $50 monthly. I paid on time every month the $50 payment, so they accepted this offer. After only $121.46 left on payments I received a letter from a collection service on this amount. I paid it immediately on the same day on May 14, 2010, and contacted the ICCU and the collection service. I talked to a manager name Brandon Tighe and a customer support woman name Joanna under 208-239-3005, both employees of ICCU and the collection service told me that it will not be reported to the credit bureaus and I don't have to worry about. The manager Brandon Tighe, was very rude and harsh even through email. After I received my free consumer report, which I ordered, and to my surprising, it shows a report from ICCU that I abused my account. They reported it on March 02, 2010. Long before I received the letter from the collection service and during my monthly payments I still made. I never had any negative entries in my credit history or consumer reports, but thanks to this no costumer carrying Credit Union I have one. I still did not receive any response about this issue till today.

I have an account with navy federal. filed a fraud complaint and at first they gave me my money and I was happy and I went to take care of family business. But then took it from me and said after two months later need a police report and now am in the whole for 5k, which I don't have it was my tax money
