Dear Debt Collector:

Pursuant to my rights under federal debt collection laws, I am requesting that you cease and desist communication with me, as well as my family and friends, in relation to this and all other alleged debts you claim I owe.

You are hereby notified that if you do not comply with this request, I will immediately file a complaint with the Federal Trade Commission and the Florida Attorney General’s office. Civil and criminal claims will be pursued.

You have made me very upset, your practices are heartless and uncaring! Fire whoever is in charge of this new practice of calling customers continuously 2-3 times a day, even after the customer has already explained the payment is in the mail 3 days ago. This direct harrassment and this employee is going to cost BAC BIG - when we start filing law suites.

Furthermore, your callers explain they don't have access to the account and can't make an educationed decision about the calling and they are just dummies sitting there without information even about the calls being made...have you people lost your minds; have you all gone crazy? If you call me again, I will file a law suite for HARRASSMENT! BAC IS DISGUSTING TO PERMIT THIS KIND OF HARRASSMENT! IT APPEARS YOU GET WHAT YOU DESERVE; SO DISH YOURSELF ANOTHER PLATE TO $20 MILLION DOLLAR LAW SUITE YOU SURELY DESERVE IT! BAC IS DISGUTING SHAME ON YOU!
