For two weeks now I've been trying to get the following issue resolved with no real help or satisfaction from customer service representatives or the decision makers at BAC. I received a check from BAC Home Loans Servicing LP dated 3/14/2011 in the amount of $685.78. for an Escrow Balance Refund in both my and my ex-wife's names. Any bank teller will require both parties of the named check to be present and sign a check as such. I stated to those individuals that I did not know of my ex-wife's location but I knew she was not in the same state as where the divorce was finalized by Judge Anderson, Circuit Judge Denise Peacock and the County Clerk of El Paso County Christina Bennett. The proceeding individuals also granted my divorce from my ex-wife and filed it in the El Paso County Records as being complete and final yet BAC Home Loans Servicing LP Payoff Exemptions Department say it's not complete nor acceptable because during the mediation/arbitration Judge Anderson who looked over those proceedings did not initial a line out and hand written change to a paragraph. This change is also stated in the hand written stipulation from Judge Anderson that he did sign. Bank of America and BAC Home Loans Servicing LP expect me to communicate with Judge Anderson, Judge Denise Peacock and El Paso County Clerk and tell them to rewrite the entire divorce decree after it was finalized and filed. How bogus and far fetched can you be! I've given up on the whole idea of trying to satisfy BAC Home Loans Servicing LP, their run around as the time and money I would have to invest plus telling 2 judges and a county clerk that they're full of it is not worth the embarrassment. Now I can use this worthless check you sent me and wipe my butt with it because that's all it's worth. As far as the $685.78, have a happy bonus!
